School Year 2022-2023 Office Hours: Monday to Thursday, 1pm-9pm; Friday, 10am-6pm. Calls, texts, and emails are not returned outside these hours.
Tutoring Hours vary by tutor and may be different than Office Hours above.

We are often with students and unable to take or return unscheduled phone calls. To ensure the best possible service, we arrange phone and/or virtual consultation times by EMAIL. Include your email address in the Contact Form below or email us at mel@ingramcenter.com to get started.
Current students and parents are welcome to call and text us using the phone numbers included in each confirmation email; we often use text to communicate with current families who are working with us.
Location and parking
On the corner of Brevard Ave. and W. King St., currently pink with a flower mural (thanks to our talented student-artists!) on Brevard Ave. and W. King St. Walk along the north side of the building to find our parking lot, which is accessible from W. King St. only.
Ready to start?
If you are ready to get started with your tutoring, awesome! Please do one of the following to help us speed this process along:
1. Request a free 30 minute virtual consultation – by the end of this appointment, your student will have been given their first assignment and will have their first class on the schedule (or waitlist). Consultations are generally scheduled on Mondays at 4pm or 8:15pm, and on Fridays at 4pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, or 6:15pm.
OR
2. Complete this Intake and Availability Form. This usually takes the parent and student together about 10 to 20 minutes to complete. (If you have any unusual circumstances or requests beyond our usual scope of practice, a 30 minute consultation may still be required to get started.)
